I would like to welcome you to my blog on Academic Writing.
Let me introduce myself
first. My name is Laura Manzanedo, I am 31 years old and I live in Lanús,
Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina). I am teacher of English graduated from
ISP Joaquín V. González, and I have been working as such for 13 years now (time
flies!). I am currently teaching fourth graders at a private school in CABA,
teenagers at a School of English, and adults at university level. I enjoy
teaching all ages, since each poses its unique challenges. At present, I am
attending “Licenciatura en la enseñanza del idioma inglés” at CAECE University,
as I believe we teachers must keep updated and never stop learning to provide
our students with the best quality teaching.
Through
this blog I aim to share the academic productions I will be working on for the
subject “English for Academic Purposes”, which is part of the course of studies
I am taking. As writing is not one of my strengths, I look forward to embarking
on this journey and learning the secrets of EAP.
